All orders are created and shipped by the artist. Please allow time for packing and shipping. Prints typically take 1–2 weeks to produce, depending on the season, before they are shipped. Items are shipped either flat or rolled, depending on size. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at marywatkinsartist@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Original paintings and prints can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for a return, the painting or print must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging (if applicable). To care for your oil painting, keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme temperatures. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth. If you need to clean it, use a damp cloth with water only, and avoid using any chemicals.
